How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight and the longest length of the items in your order. Oversized items may require specialized freight handling to ensure they arrive without damage.
Can I return custom-cut aluminium?
Items cut to specific customer dimensions are non-returnable unless they are defective or cut outside of our stated tolerances. Standard length items can be returned within 14 days.
