At Aluminium Warehouse, we strive to ensure your materials arrive in perfect condition, but if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for standard stock items. Please note that custom-cut or precision-machined products are non-refundable unless they are found to be defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify the reason for the return.

  Package Your Materials

  Securely pack the aluminium products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please keep your shipping receipt as proof of postage until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
